Well yeah, it'd be a pretty damn slow process with only a few weapon pieces moved at a time, but I mean if we're talking about schematics and research papers for hard sci-fi tech, that could still have quite the impact eventually without needing mass transportation. Or, if outside magic works, a bunch Dust rounds enchanted with "Viral Upon_Dealing_Damage" seeing as that could wreck a Grimm's shit easily.
