Your Agent stuff. Usually a weapon. Earbuds and HUD Contact lenses included. Also something that compliments your specialty. Like Grenades!

Don't worry though other people, your Earbuds and HUD Contact lenses are also in your cases/compartments/book too, so nobody is missing anything.

Also, I've forgot to mention that inside your Division package, there should be a pair of fancy high-tech HUD Contact lenses, earbuds and Division Agent Valcro patch relevent to your body size that you can smack onto pretty much any clothing save for those plastic Hazmat suits.

What do the contact lenses do?

It works as a Head-up-display. You see all those fancy holo-goodies in The Division and those cool pulses that let you see people through walls? the Contact Lense and smart watch made that possible.
