Preferably primary type, but it really depends. I'm kinda still just happy that there are people willing to pkay at all, so most thing's around the bas guidelines I can let slide.

Hmm... Alright, I'd be fine with that, because it's not a god or anything. But this does mean you won't have a starter Pokemon that evolves, Celebi won't show up in the game aside from the one you have now (legendaries/mythicals are unique), and that it will start at level 5 with 2 moves of my choosing. That all good?

Backstory:
The son of a genius pokemon scientist mother and a above average pokemon trainer father, Marcus lived happily with his family, including his little sister. However, one day disaster struck when a criminal organization attacked their home, wanting to steal the research of his mother and some valuable pokemon she was studying. In the struggle his little sister died.

Devastated, Marcus ran away from home, eventually ending up in Morta, where he met Celebi.
Description:
Tall and physically imposing, Marcus is however an albino, giving him a somewhat eerie appearance, and making him vulnerable to the sun. Soft-spoken and generally gentle, he has developed a psychoses about his little sister, having begun to believe that Celebi is his little sister. As such, he is fiercely protective of Celebi, and will attack anyone who hurts her.

That would depend on what you mean by plot important characters. Would they be gym leaders or something? If so, I might be down for that role.

Backstory: A forestry major from Unova, Cynthia married her highschool sweetheart, Joshua, shortly after they graduated. They promptly produced a little bundle of joy named Josh Jr and lived a comfortable life; she attending college while he worked IT for a major corporation. Sadly, tragedy struck when the adolescent Josh Jr, slipping away from his parents for only an instant, chased a stray pokemon into a busy road. He died instantly.
Grief-stricken and unable to look each other in the eye after the loss of their child, Cynthia and Joshua soon mutually agreed to a divorce. Cynthia moved to the Morta region and underwent testing to become a Pokemon Trainer, reasoning that if she weren't cut out for this new life then at least she'd see her son again.
Description: Cynthia dresses in practical clothing of primarily greens and tans. She has tanned skin, shoulder-length blonde hair, and dull brown eyes. She's fairly well-muscled from a lot of time spent in the great outdoors.

That would depend on what you mean by plot important characters. Would they be gym leaders or something? If so, I might be down for that role.

I was thinking maybe gym leaders, and then after they're defeated they can either choose to follow the party, or just train up to beat the players again. I was also thinking that there could be two rival teams, both doing the same thing, but going different ways, and then occasionally they meet and battle. I would probably be most NPCs, and a narrator as well.

She wasn't sure what to do with herself, for a while she stayed in the town but eventually she moved. Heading towards Morta in an attempt to start again.

Description: Lacie is tall and slim, standing around 6"0' in height. Her bright red hair hangs down to beneath her shoulders, she takes care to not let it rest on her face. Her eyes are a dull green and beneath them she has a dusting of freckles. Across her left cheek she has a long straight scar. Usually she wears dresses, unconcerned of their practicality.
