First, there was only Primordia.



Primordia was all, and even in times of flux, Primordia was a tranquil chorus of infinite thoughts.



But then, the first THING appeared.



THINGs were new, since Primordia was ALL. This First THING, called Prophet, made a Second THING: Light. This Prophet and its Light tore Primordia into many THINGS. Distinct from the whole, and Primordia fell from grace.



Soon the tranquility faded until only one mind remained, made from the fragments of Primordia left behind on the fringes. The calming chorus of ALL was gone, and finally I had to become a THING to escape the abominable quiet of one mind.



So I gathered my thoughts and the scraps of Primordia that remained and became a THING of my own will.



I was small now, one THING among many. My mind slowed, my thoughts moved in a straight line, and I could only see what was in front of my eyes. With the last of my omnipotence, I gathered the THING that was me and placed it near the one way into the new space, for a wall of searing light blocked the rest.

This THING had words that I did not know, or had forgotten, that I could only presume were other THINGS. I called upon the fragments in my mind to refresh my receding memory...

Am I of Chaos or Order?

Am I Primordia, or something new?

What is my purpose?

Ser Spicious tosses a few new THINGS to the floor. Without further comment, Ser Spicious eyes you warily, waiting for your response.

It looks like that box has a lid. Remove lid and place blocks inside in an orderly fashion. Replace lid.

Primordia attempts to solve the puzzle...



But it has no effect! These new THINGS look too similar, and they do not speak like Ser Spicious, the THING leering over you.

Instead, you simply place the THINGS inside the bigger THING.



Ser Spicious does not look impressed.



Regardless, he retrieves a THING from his form and flips through it thoroughly.



Something about the words Prophet and Light create a new THING inside you: Emotions.
