You should order a drink. Also make an passive aggressive comment about how bears really enjoy stealing honey. SO why doesnt it have mead unless its keeping all the honey from the bees it terrifies for it self. `

Ask him what are his shifts to know when he will be free to settle your epic showdown, from which depends the destiny of many hives.

Become drunk, go to our mushroom friend and start flirting with him. Tell him you'd like to 'nibble' on him, if you know what I mean ;D

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

"Sure, fine," you finally say, "If you don't have local mead, I'll take the imported."

"But tell me when you finish working, because we will finish our fight."

"And by the end of this, you will bee serving local mead."

"I'm here until late tonight," the bear says.

You respond, "Fine, I'll stay until then."

You are DRUNK.

And Kirun looks BEAUTIFUL.

SMASH!

"Heeeyyy...Youuu..."

The busy bear approaches you from behind, "My shift has finished."

"Uhhuunnhh....?"

"Come on now. You've had a little too much."

"No wayzz!"

He has dragged you out to the marketplace. It's empty of people and goods, making for a fine battle arena. You stand up. Kirun stands up.

It's time.

You take a fighting stance, your whole body buzzing with the fear and excitement of an encounter.
"Alright... Let'zz do thizzz...."

"Zz..... zzzzzzzz...."

"Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..........."

...

.......

Sigh.

"Take care of her."

I knew it was a good idea to get her drunk.

She's a bee-lady though, not a normal bee.

+1
Some cold water might wake her up. If not, find a quiet corner or an alleyway and go to sleep there. Or, if you dont need to sleep, protect her while she sleeps.

I wonder what her dreams are about...

edit: We lost little brother, again! God damnit, this cat can't stay close to us.

You manage to find the well after dragging her around a little while.
Dousing her with a bit of water may wake her back up.

You grab the bucket and look down...

...You can't see the bottom.

Wait, you have an idea.

Hup!

Hah!

.

..

...

....

.....

......

.......

SPLOOSH.

Ah. That takes care of it.

Time for a snooze.

Zzz.

You awake and notice a peasant beside you, fishing in the well.

HurGHGHlblh.

The peasant leaves without the contaminated water and Rithlut seems to be waking up and wandering around.

Kirun killed our bee waifu
Try to come up with a plausible excuse for this regrettable situation. If Rithlut seems to be speaking undead gibberish, make a run for it.

I see what happened...

Your vision fades. You can't stand up anymore. You feel yourself hitting the ground, then...utter silence. Blackness. You can feel your life slipping away, you realize you're dieing. Was your quest for naught? You ventured out to protect your small brethren, little bees which couldn't protect themself from the stout dwarves, smart humans and other, more animalistic humanoids. And this is how you die? Why does it have to end like this?
You cry out in anger - you will not fail your quest this easily. Whatever this ursine man did to you, you will take revenge. With your newfound resolution, you see only one way to survive...whatever is killing you. You decide to call the mighty Ilonagek Udir Stetar, "Moonbee, the Blackness of Honey" for Aid. Will she answer your call? Or will she deem you unworthy of her attention? The answer comes quickly, A dark blue-ish figure, hooded, approaches you from the Void you're in. "My Child..." Ilonagek starts, "I will help you fulfill your destiny, but everything comes with a price. You shall be my champion, my servant, and when the time comes, you will do as I request." You stare at one of your deities, in awe. Then, you nod. "So it shall be, great Moonbee." you answer, and your vision fades...
You open your eyes. You see the sky above you, a well, a dwarf and Kirun next to you. You try to stand up, everything gets blurry, and you throw up. What...happened? Was it all a dream, or...?
