Rules are there for a reason. It is there to let hype die down.

Necrothreat was infamous for the hype of it and everyone in it jumped in, me included. I got scolded for doing it, but it was me in my ignorance because I thought you actually had to have someone second it before it even got to the entry phase.

And Necrothreat is a big thing about this too, because there are a lot of devoted people to it. NAV was one of them too (I think he's the one who scolded me actually)

The thing with B12 is that there will be people who care, and 'nobody' cannot apply as an efficient or suitable term, especially with Hall of Legends rules :P Much thought has been given to them before they were made.
