This floor has a field hospital. It is used to treat Mary Sue Hunters who thought they'd have a easy time hunting Mary Sues and were proved horribly wrong. Most of the Mary Sue Hunters die even before the doctors arrive.

Guts, blood, gore, severed body parts, crying, screams of agony... This is what the doctors working here have to deal with.
