There is a dragon here, sleeping on a pile of gold. Unknown to it, some dwarves are stealing it's gold and replacing it with uranium.

There is a nuclear reactor here, but it’s having problems starting up as someone has stolen all of it’s uranium.

This floor is home to a power substation and it would be providing power to the floors above it but is receiving none from the nuclear power station below.

This floor is a nuclear submarine. It is currently out of use since it has no power.

There is a giant mechanical pterodactyl here, sleeping on a pile of uranium.  Unknown to it, some mutant miners are stealing its uranium and replacing it with gold.

There is a MAD scientist here, who smelted a bunch of uranium and made a giant pterodactyl robot. Unfortunately, the robot stole the uranium (which it uses as power source) and flew off.

This floor has a science labs. The experiments conducted there are completely normal, done by completely normal and average scientists.

This floor has a normal Chinese student, who is going to a college and enjoy his university life.
He wants to be a completely normal scientist just as the scientists on the floor 2129.

This floor is home to a Chinese collage filled with Chinese students all learning the various different things taught there.

This floor has a cricket field. There is almost always a game of cricket going on, since it is a highly popular (if not the most popular) sport in the Bay12 Skyscraper.

Floor 2133.5

This floor is an empty tennis field.  It has been completely abandoned for eons, and not a single soul can be found residing here.  Even the elevator doesn't stop at this floor, so its previous numerical designation, 2134, was instead given to the floor above for the purpose of avoiding confusion among the trillions of cricket fans frequently passing by this level.
