This floor is home to a memorial to all the detectives that tried to find out who killed the prostitutes on the floor below but failed and killed themselves.

This floor contains a street and houses built in 1890s style. At the address 221B Baker Street lives a weird dude who calls himself a detective. He is currently investigating the mysterious deaths of the detectives who have a memorial on the floor below. His friend, a so-called doctor, does most of the work.
