Save for a small plaque celebrating 1,400 floors, this floor is essentially abandoned. It used to be a shopping mall, but it was quickly laid low by the rise to prominence of online shopping. It now lies disfigured, awaiting the end of a renovation that will never come.

This floor contains an Amazon warehouse. Poorly paid and overworked workers are running about fetching and packaging items to be sent to customers who've shopped online. Business is doing good. The workers are not.
