A manufacturing facility that produces rolls of a common, ultra-weak material made out of the same materials as cardboard.  The product is currently in extremely high demand, and the facility has seen a significant portion of it’s product stolen.

This floor contains a peaceful (and expensive) retreat for those who face nervous breakdown. It is regularly full of desperate wizards from the floor below who have failed in their attempts to understand how the portal on floor 1306 functions. Some of them claim that they are absolutely certain that there's two floors numbered 1306, but they are dismissed as raving lunatics. Surely there can be only one floor 1306, right?
