Floor 1139

This floor houses offices of the Commissar's underlings. It has a huge echoing lobby with many counters behind which sit clerks, who are at any given time overworked. Massive amounts of confused people from the non-existing Floor 1138 are queuing to get an appointment with the Commissar or Chaplain. A cacophony of ceaseless exasperated voices, ringing phones, typewriter clicking and footsteps inevitable increase the stress of any poor soul unfortunate enough to get stuck here.

People claim this floor was built over floor 1147 but floor 1147 never existed it has always been Floor 1148 I guess technically its floor 1147 but im sure if you actually bothered to count all the floors the floor number would actually be 1150 or something like that so lets all agree floor 1148 was built over floor 1147 while being on the 1150ish storey before we all get a headache alright? Oh yeah inside the room is a sign that says "Welcome to floor 1147"...huh
