There is no floor 1037.

It was replaced by heat shielding as thick as the floor would have been.

Any sound from floor 1038 is transported here, where a large floating flute will continue to play the most recent sounds until new sounds are transported through the room. The flute can cause even deaf people to hear the sounds it plays
