The staff seems to be made of something that you can't quite put a finger on what it is, the shape is rather strange. With a grip of sort for the human to hold around one quarter down the length of the thing, and another rectangular thing a little further from the grip. This is not being used as a grip, however.

The very end of the staff on the user's side looks like a malformed triangle with a flat bed, maybe used to balance it when placed on the ground?

There is also what might be another, larger grip for easy carrying at around the very mid of the staff, though you could imagine that it will very much get in the way of smacking people, but if it's a magic staff of mages, it wouldn't be that much of a problem anyway.

at three fourth down the length appears to have a very tiny triangle poking out that maybe serve as an armor-piercing pick? a strange place to put it there for sure.

And the last one fourth of the staff's length are far smaller than the rest, smooth and straight, like a staff should be. But too small to be one, maybe a wand, perhaps.

The Bold's hands are rechained in front of them and the bold's finger is pricked. "Maaaark tthe boxxx with your bloood, or die!" a minion mimes pressing their finger against the box.

One of Noose's minions grabs a kobold at random and fastens a noose around its neck. Noose procures a CONTRACT which is then held in front of the bold by another minion. The Bold's hands are rechained in front of them and the bold's finger is pricked. "Maaaark tthe boxxx with your bloood, or die!" a minion mimes pressing their finger against the box.

This seems to get the information across, and the bold jabs it's bloody finger at the contract paper. Sealing it's body and soul to you for all of eternity!

Meanwhile, those who are joining the assault gathered and is ready for the actual Portal drop assault, with those deciding to stay at range prepared to enter ranged engagement.
