U-Valosh and Natura go to the center of the planet and create a dual-world soul. Essentially it is one world soul that is split in the center between the Valosh Pantheon and the Natura Ten. Then, connect the world soul to the souls of the people, who are all ardent followers of U-Valosh and Natura.

Analyze the strength of the world soul. Is it properly hooked up to the people? Is it acting as a battery for the power of their souls, slowly filling up and waiting for transfer into a deity?

Manipulate them to send their space-craft to Terra/Earth in search of life. Have their mission be peaceful.
