Atlas sounds proud of himself. Karen begins speaking. She sounds almost shy.

"Not bad.

My plan-"

"Plan D."

"Yes, sure, Plan D. D is a fitting initial. I'd rather call it 'plan divinity'.

Umbramor is the deity of fusion, right? So...

We open our core and ensure the divine bolt hits the miniature sun powering us. At the same time, we force ourselves into the core. We absorb the energy, and use it to fuse. In this method, we may gain Divine powers. We might be able to use this power to assist Digita better, both on the battlefield, and elsewhere."

"I like it. I don't mind sharing a mind with you people."

"Nor do I. The only problem is if it fails. We will all probably be deleted, and the robot will be destroyed. If we are not deleted, we will be horribly corrupted.

The armor platings of ATLAS fall off. Atlas maneuvers the robot so that the divine bolt will strike its core. Atlas and Karen enter the core.

Digita nods once or twice, rapidly. She employ her own divine energy to help with plan E.

Atigid deploys her limited divine energy as well entering the core.

"I win. Wait, no I don't."

"You're terrible at this, for an AI. You left your rook exposed to my bishop, there, by moving thay pawn."

They appear to be playing chess. It's amazing how completely unconcerned they are by the current combat.

atian: GAME ENDING EVENT DETECTED. A giant door appears and the super planet is sucked into a void.

"An unprovoked assault?

I'll deal with you in a moment. I have more pressing matters for now."

Digita ignores Cyrus to the best of her abilities and attempts to scan ATLAS for any signs of what happened, if the fusion plan succeeded or not.
