The woman raises a pistol and points it at Ati. Ati cannot move due to her injuries.

Digi squeaks and runs from the window. Ati hears her drop from the roof a moment later, and an expression of mild pain.

The woman's expression softens.

"Just forget this ever happened. Digi never existed, okay?"

She leaps out the window in pursuit of Digi.

The night wears on. Ati remains planted in that spot, crying. Around morning time, Karen crawls up the stairs.

"I am fully charged. I called for police and an ambulance several hundred times, yet no one showed up. It appears our calls are blocked. I hope-"

She is interrupted by the door downstairs slamming open. Footsteps pound on the stairs. Digi's head pokes over the edge of the stairs. Upon seeing Ati, hear eyes stream with tears. She runs up the stairs and launches into a desperate embrace with Ati.

"Youuuu'reeee okkaaaaaaayyyyy....

.... Nooooo, you're notttttt..... you neeeeedddd an aaammbbuuuullaaaanccceeee...."

Digi picks up Ati. She walks downstairs, obviously burdened by Ati. She seems to be speaking to Ati, but Ati cannot hear her.

She awakens later in a hospital room. She has no idea how much time has passed. She is alone now, but there is a button to call a nurse.
