The cube's AI detects the massive gravitational shift. It goes into alert status. The solar cannon activates, and fires a stream of deadly death towards the threat. In this case, the intelligent super-planet.

((It's not that simple. We're caught in the gravity well of a superplanet, an object which has more mass than the sun most likely. We'd need something to counter-act the force pulling us in, which Digita has.))
