She dosent react to the movement but to the kiss...She twitches repeatedly over and over slowly moving as she grabs your head forcing you to deepen the kiss...well actually you could break away easily.

Valosh does not make such a movement. He figures that, since it looks like Tebya is holding him in place, if called out on it later he can just claim that she was.
