While tebya is holding the baby she puts it in your arms while still holding her so she won't fall if you can't hold her.

Valosh quickly retreats to his world soul and grabs himself a cup of coffee. He is then struck with a brilliant idea. Several other gods have their own artifacts or weapons. His will be The ever-filling cup of Joe. He creates his infinitely flowing and infinitely nourishing cup of coffee using some of the power of his world soul. He then drinks a lot of coffee.
