Dark energies surged into the Chieftains back. The staggered beast slowly turned to glare at young Sprook, before slamming into the ground once again with a swing of its axe.

While the monster's back was turned, Gammel stabbed at it with his lance. However the Gargoyle Chieftain was too quick, and it dodged out of the way and viciously counterattacked.

After a few moments of twitching a groan is heard and he slowly gets up brushing himself off.

"Y-You know for a guy not wearing armor I should be probably pretty dead right about now...Guess I'm a bit tougher then I thought....Also what I did just there was really stupid I shouldn't have trapped myself there...like an idiot..."

"Oh thank the dragon you're alright. Don't worry about that right now, just..." Andrew's hand crept to his now empty vulnerary, and he tsked in disappointment.

He went over to the largest of the gargoyle nests in the center of the cavern, and began crawling on his knees, digging through the straw and the dirt beneath.

"Come on, come on, they should be keeping it somewhere around here..."
