The teacher claps his hands together, an odd burst of activity in the sleepy classroom. Well, it'd be sleepy if not for Megumi.

"Welcome to Yamaku Academy. Throughout your first week here, you'll sort out your rooms and classes, and sort out anything you need with the medical staff." There's a certain weight behind the last part.
The teacher introduces himself as Mr. Takahashi, before beginning his explanation of the week's events in irritating detail. Even he looks bored, but then again that expression hasn't really left his face much.

Takahashi goes over it well enough: the gist is a lot of semi-obvious things about the school day, what classes are and the like. Of more note, however, is his final statement.
"We'll be covering these things day-by-day anyway, so for now I recommend you go to your dorms and unpack. Or just go to your dorms, seeing as a lot of your parents already dropped off your things. Class dismissed."
