...The issue is that she's on any four or less digit smartest people list. That is not a high school student. If she were that smart she'd be in the middle of college by this age.

The difference is that she can actually function enough to attend school. Which you are saying your character cannot. And then there's the whole "the school doesn't accept students on mental illness" things.

.....there is a reason for that mainly she does not want to take on that much responsibility she wants to not have to do much of anything for as long as possible.
I would be willing to lower the damage of the burn so that she needs to take drugs but she is left lucid but in great pain.

ATH, just give up, you aren't going to win this one and really I don't think Oliver is a good fit for this RP anyway. 

Especially because her condition is eminently fixable/absence-inducing, as opposed to permanent/accomodatable.

How nearsighted would one have to be, with glasses, to qualify?  I'd rather not be stuck within an inch of my head IG.  I was thinking more a foot than an inch...

Seems mostly alright, but question: How well has he adapted to only one hand? If he's left handed, I don't see too much issue. But missing his dominant hand could reasonably make it difficult for him to attend normal school, I think. Also Adragis isn't online and you need both GM's approval.

@ATH: I'm going to wait for Adragis' opinion. You need both GM's approval anyway. Just be aware that my vote is "no" for the moment.

Pretty much. Burns to the point it's difficult to function are one thing. Burns to the point it's basically impossible to function are another altogether.

I have changed it so she needs quite a bit of medication and that she is suffering from the permeant scars from the burn wounds but can function enough to pay attention/learn in a classroom.
