It's set in the present day, so legs are still likely to be solid and arms are going to be relatively crude and grabber-like unless they're relatively high-end. I'm not much of an expert, so just search up the tech that's available now and do a little research.

By the looks of it, most modern ones are just screens at face-level moved by a pair of wheels with no limbs at all. Not too sure on the logistics to adding all the hardware required to add limbs to those, or whether or not the software needs to be modified to handle the added weight to the top and whether or not doing so is feasible.

Probably much more feasible since that technology already exists. Though their voice may not match their avatar unless they're good at voice acting.
