What genetic technology is even able to do this?!" said Sarah as she saw all the madness going around next to herself as well as what had just happened to her forehead,now having four eyes wasn't exactly good for staying calm,she fell to the ground in shock and started trying to cover her new eyes ranting about how on earth this was happening questioning what technology was even behind all this and more or less not really being helpful as she was completely confused,bewildered and panicking at what else would happen next considering they had the power to mess with them at will so easily,she also didn't even notice that someone went flying to the ceiling.

Romaygus realizes he can't do much for Beverly and the others.

"This madness must end" he says with a determined tone.

He pays attention to the circle, and notices the paper in the middle of the room.

"Is it another trap from our "host" ? If that's what he wants, let's play his mad game." he wonders.

He enters into the circle, intending to get the paper.

The circle does nothing when he enters it, nor when he picks up the paper and exits it.  He begins to read it.

Let me guess, the other forgot to mention some things?  Figured as much.  The circle at the center allows you to ascend to the next...I guess you could consider it floor, if that were to have any real meaning with this place.  It activates upon completion of all the rooms on the area you are in.  Don't worry, the number you have to complete reduces as you go...'up'.  You will likely be especially thankful for that fact with the second item.

After you complete a room and return to this area, a spell cast upon the area will trigger.  You are able to resist it if you are lucky, but for those who don't, their appearance will be modified.  A portion of the contract stated that this was possible and you couldn't hold them responsible for the condition you exit in, so if you could even find somewhere to challenge it, you wouldn't be able to.  Worse still, depending upon your perspective, the higher you are, the more chances it will hit, making it possible to be put through multiple changes.

I am unable to do anything to change this, but this information should help your sanity last at least a bit longer.  I appologize for being unable to do anything more.  May guide your path.

After carefully reading the paper, Romaygus walks back toward his fire-forged acquaintances. He explains his thought to them with a thoughtful voice.

"It seems ordeals await us behind those doors. If we want to proceed further, we will have to complete them. We could go together in each room, but judging from our host unpredictability, separating may increase our group overall survival chance"

He points at a random door :
"If you all agree with this, I shall take this door"

"Before leaving, may I know your names ? This is, for me, an important matter of etiquette."

If the other afflicted still doesn't answer, Romaygus points a random door :

"I will take this door, you should take the one to the left."

"I forgot an important detail. The letter said a "spell" would be cast upon completing a room and returning here. If we don't want to end up like those poor souls, we should be smart and try to step in the main hall one at a time."
