Nathanial sits motionless, observing the surreal argument.

It. It worked. Or at least, SOMETHING happened. Something like he'd been waiting for.

Nathanial raises a hand, attempting to interject some sense into the argument.

'I am Nathanial Schmidt, seeker of.. knowledge. I do not know how I came to be here. The day before, I sacrificed a 7-year old virgin goat, spent far too much on some worthless baubles, consumed some manner of infernally inebriating mixed drink, signed an odd contract and passed out. I do not know if any of these relate to my current predicament, but my headache informs me it was most likely the liquor.'

Nathanial essays a disarming grin at that last, with limited success. If there's one thing anyone can relate to, its a hangover.

When Bev says "goddamn foreigner" Sarah,clearly annoyed says "Seine leute wie sie,die mich Amerikaner macht hassen" ((She would also be checking Romaygus's pulse if its possible to get up and walk to him,since i don't know if magic is forcing us to stay in the chairs or anything like that))
