The start of a sheet.
Would I be able to just swap my guard flak for the feudal plate? It feels rather silly to have both.
Also, guardsman seemed the only fitting background, but it doesn't fit overly well... ah well.

A lithe woman in plate armour, engraved with angular curves and a blocky eagle across the chestpiece. The visor is a solid piece molded like a bird's face and beak, coated in copper, to represent her rank among the knights of her homeworld. It has a bright crest of green-gold feathers, like those of a peacock in a fan shape above it. The armour itself is old and battered, the back covered by a cloak of the same feathers. A combat vest provides a series of pouches along the waist and legs of the armour.
Her skin is a pale white, her brown-almost-to-black eyes like holes in her skull, baggy and tired. Her body is bereft of any fat, the muscles showing beneath the skin and scars. Typically, her faceplate is up, and a Lho-stick lazily trails smoke into the air. Without the helmet, her dark hair cascades messily to her shoulders.
Chalchuitlicu was a knight of the court of Acolhua, on the world of Tlacopan. With her skill, she reached the rank of Copper Eagle, but she was never able to make the true allies of friendship. Without steadfast allies, she would be unable to complete the trials to reach Silver Eagle, a much more prestigious position. Something about her seemed to put people on edge, and none could truly say they could stand her presence.
As they did every twenty years, the sky-men descended to take warriors for the battles against the enemies of the Sky-Emperor. She volunteered to be one of those sent from the court to join the Imperial Guard, as the sky-men called their knights, as perhaps in the distant star-battles she would gain recognition by the Sky-Emperor. A chance meeting made her part of the Inquisitor's retinue - he and his warband had decided to recruit the best of the new intake, and his psyker instantly recognised her nature as an 'blank'.
She was taught to use the sun-lances - the las weapons - of the sky-men, but she nonetheless prefers the feel of good steel in her hand.
