I've recently gotten back into Minecraft and have a server up using a lightweight modpack called Simply Magic: http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/listed-1-7-10-simply-magic-hqm-magic-light-tutorial-themed.139841/

The server is open to anyone on bay12 who feels like playing, just PM me to be whitelisted.

I'll probably be adding more as time goes on, as I often do. These are hosted on a lab I maintain with some fairly decent hardware so it should be relatively smooth but I am US (East Coast) based so that may impact your ping times.

EDIT: And also, are you planning on doing anything like that town server you did a couple(?) of years back at any point in the future? I've been in the mood for that for a while.
