((My character has no way of knowing this, but I think Empiricist's character's +4 Cha messages should help here.  All we would need to do is knock on the the doors, play the message, and evacuate those who agree.  And that without any escalation due to bad Cha rolls.  But... maybe thats actually a terrible idea?  Dunno.  Just a suggestion, I'm okay with helping with whatever tho, including spazyak's mansion raid.))

"umm, h-hi, this is hurricane-4.  my team is about to raid the mansion on the island, and i wanted to ask if a stealth specialist would be available to assist.  in order to slow the chaos resulting from this raid, i wanted to ask if someone could surreptitiously sever the power lines leading to the mansion, and possibly assist in detaining runners."

"the, uh, idea is that panicked civilians near the mansion will attempt to communicate with other portions of the island once we begin raiding, but by shutting down communications in the plantation area (by shutting down power) we can at least slightly delay the onset of total chaos.  so umm... is there anybody like that here that would be willing to help us?"

Leader of the mansion raid here, someone drop her on the roof in a position she can see the plantation fields. She'll help provide over watch on the runners.

"Avalanche 4 here, I advise against a direct raid, mansion leader. This guy obviously is important enough to have gaurds, so what else does he have? What I advise is to try and talk to them first, give them an accurate picture of what's happening and then giving them the two choices. Also, should see about cutting their power before any raiding. Maybe inquire about anyone who can do that?"
"Hurricane 4, please take a moment and consider that my spine is broken. Yes, it fucking hurts but the assurance I have that I can get those bits replaced and the fact that I've been shot up so much most of my skin is scar tissue keeps it almost manageable."

Don't plan to kill the man, I plan to start peacefully and point out the fact that in a straight on fight that we could completely kill them, burn their family and eat their pet dog; If they do not listen we may have to go and take out those in charge. I'd rather avoid a hostage situation though. I wish to contain the people too just in case.
