Eagle two here, I think we best take the mansion first and set it up as a base of operations. To avoid frightening civilians we act nonlethal and silently, I think we can handle it while the other teams work to subdue and organize the other locations. Maybe a super vet could carve a stair way up the mountain. Right now I plan to scout the mansion and surrounding plantations.

"hurricane-4 here.  unfortunately, i don't have a telescope.  all i can offer is to capture the video feed from your suit, or from the shuttle if the resolution would be higher, and digitally zoom in on the mansion.  i could send the resulting feed to a datapad i give you.  would that be acceptable?"

That would work, with periodic thrusts from my jump jets and gliding on updrafts I think I could remain high up and we could record key areas and review the video. From there we could be gin our assault. I'd like to begin  the assault if we do move to that point starting at a balcony so as to best be able to cover the surrounding area while we move in and clear the inside.

Avalanche 3 to Avalanche Team:

We're approaching the island. These people don't seem as cooperative as the others. We'll need to persuade them. We could try to bomb the village, but we don't want to lose them. But if we bomb the shit out of the jungle, and the surrounding areas...If we caged them in and convinced them the world really was ending, we could drive them to a good pickup point, corral them onboard. It's not pretty, but it could work.
