Victim of Choice: Octogenarians of any demographic.

Mask: Guy Fawkes (ivory colour)
Weapon of Choice: His trusty judge's gavel, or dual chainsaws.
Victim of Choice: The negatives of society. Internet trolls/anonymous/4channers/redditors, silver spooners, those with the means to improve but choose not to for whatever reason, bullies, criminals, feminists, etc. Simply put, anyone just...negative. He doesn't kill quickly either. The Arbiter sees death as a reward, and will most often torture his victims before delivering the coup de grace.

If I'm not approved, I will definitely consider this my PTW tag.

New turn, and a new kill!  I'm starting to wonder if I've set up too many challenges for you guys to have to deal with.  Have fun...

Oh, and a little heads about how your main weapon works.  It's not that you can't kill using other tools and weaponry, but the weapon you start out with is your signature weapon.  You get a bonus in confrontations using that weapon, and when people find the corpses of your victims the following day, your infamy will be partly tied the effects of your weapon, whether you bludgeoned, choked, or cut somebody.

This is pretty standard fare for hand to hand combat. Rule one. Don't fight fair and always fight on your terms. Rule two. Disorient the opponent. Rule three. Make sure they don't get up once they're down.
