It is kinda overkilly on the Testament, since it gets 180 shard mags, but the Doctrine only gets 18 from the same mags.  Plus, the Doctrine can do 3-volleys, which reduces that to six nearly-PSL-tier shots per mag.  But, yeah, CS might be better off with grenades.

You're the one that recommended it. I might look at the grenades tho :V

EDIT: If I'm getting grenades instead of ammo cartridges, I'll probably just get two packs of basic grenades.

We have a lot of different kinds. Regular frags, EMP, goop, electro, namite, you name it.

I'd recommend goop (gives non-lethal option and has other uses, from blocking off passages to plugging hull breaches (they have actually been used for these examples, by the way)) or electro (multiple uses per nade, also gives intensity settings from stun to full power), but I'm horribly biased in that regard, so best to get a second opinion  :P

I'm partial to goop myself, due to their ability to disable tougher targets than frags, and their secondary uses like blockading corridors.

Remember though, the two-for-one deal only applies to the magazines (I'm technically buying the second mag for you, as charity).  If you buy grenades, you only get one pack, unless Radio decides to be charitable too.

Ah, okay. Wasn't sure. And I can't decide on whether or not I just want to get goop grenades, because they seem so useful, but I'll probably end up getting myself stuck with them.

I was debating whether to get them as well since they'd be useful for what I'm doing, but I'm relatively certain my id should be able to handle it.

Your chances of getting stuck with goop grenades are about equal to your chances of detonating yourself with explosive grenades.  Another reason why I like them.

...Also, further discussion on this topic should really be put in OOC.  I blame Radio for posting non-purchase stuff here.

Sorry. Anyway.

Redact ammo being bought. Instead buy 1 pack of good grenades.

Apparently there's a discount on the sharksuit (from syv) because it's the end of the universe?  And it's 2 tokens now?  And I have two tokens?  So...Buying that?

This isn't really an armory purchase, but I'll put this here since it's where the wiki gnomes (praise to them) live I'll put this here:

New Id: Sergeant Steel
Description: Witchbreaker Golem. Basically a blueish metal man, about 9 feet tall, with slightly exaggerated proportions and no face. He is not that great a fighter because he has no ranged abilities or really any capacity to do anything beyond pulverize people with his fists and his inhuman strength. The bonus he does have is that he is essentially immune to all "magic" or other weirdness, and super resilient to just about anything else. He prefers to stick very close to you and effectively act as a living, sapient shield to protect you from harm.
Words used: Magic, eldritch, survivor, loyal, defender

Is done.  Kinda unsure whether you can sell those six grenades back for a full token, but allowed it anyway.
