Stacy covers the mouthpiece.

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

((Since the thing had a Stress score, I think you have to specify what dice you're using for that.))

I yell a friendly "Hello" at the f***ing Snuggie wearing freaks and try to continue on to my destination.
At that, they quickly jump back into the shadows, no doubt ashamed by their horrific, irredeemable life choices. You go through the entrance, which is located inside the eye of a needle left lying on the ground in the middle of Bay Avenue. Inside, you see the usual Nightmares, weird lizardy abominations, and two humans talking to each other.

She nods, turning back to the phone.
"Um, helping who and with what?"
Supplier of room, The Fairy Godmother. Negotiable task, preference: kidnapping operation.

Lilly runs away from it.
((how does combat work? And dice?))
((Dice mechanics listed in the OP. Just tell me if you want to raise Hangover and how many Impulse dice you wish to use. The Stress rating you get is by default to win against it in combat, you can also propose a different option and I'll give you the Stress rating for that course of option.))
It certainly look mobile, but by the looks of the crowd around you, you could probably get away just by slipping away and blending in rather than overrunning it outright. Easier than fighting it unarmed at any rate.
[[Stress: 3 = 3]]

Or, you could try stopping time and running away. You're not really sure why that even comes to mind, but it does.
[[Stress: 3 - 2 = 1. At least three impulse dice must be used.]]

Okay, so as it turns out, I'll be far too busy this semester to run this game at all, and running a game only during the holidays is far from ideal. So, I'm pulling the plug. Then again, this game's pretty much dead anyway since there's been no IC actions since the last update. As such, I'll be consolidating and posting my notes below

The PCs
I'll be starting off with the PCs. I didn't plan too much for them actually since a lot of this was done on the fly, but I did assign each of them something to get involved in the night before, as well as Overload and Awakening (exploding into eldritch fuckery) effects.

The World
Everything here other than the Lore section is just an explanation of what each location is based on. You know, to help me deny being high at the time of writing them.

The Factions
When you entered Akasha, it was on the brink of conflict. The factions were going against one another, trying to come out on top. Your actions would have had the potential to forge alliances, or break them, and determine who wins, if anyone, in the end. This will cover the main factions contending for power.

Spoiler: Curfew (click to show/hide)
Spoiler: Bourgeoisie (click to show/hide)
Spoiler: Whistleblowers (click to show/hide)
Spoiler: Edgelords (click to show/hide)

That ought to be the bulk of it. There's still some miscellaneous stuff like the Grey Ghost, an unaffiliated Nightmare and whatnot, but that isn't really as important.

The idea I had for the end-game was that, since people ended up in Akasha because of altered states of consciousness, if they continued to alter their own consciousness, they'd be able to eventually get it back in order and return to the real world. Which is of course performed through the judicious use of psychoactive substances, which would also have had the side-effect of making the City more dangerous as it would shift their perception towards the more dangerous Nightmares and districts.

Only other bit to mention is that I ought to acknowledge Elf for reviewing some of my drafts, and Corsair for his advice which helped render this game less of the trainwreck it would have been.

(Yeah, this was a great game idea, too bad it went south. Maybe someone will take your ideas and reboot it? The King Pen sounded awesome, I wish I didn't leave so early, I just didn't know what you had in store for these guys. Anyways, thanks for putting up an excellent idea.)
