The entrance to Moonbeam as it turns out, is in the trunk of a perpetually parked taxi on Arkvavit Boulevard. You enter it.

The moon hangs above and below, illuminating the cloudless sky and the water that reflects it. Roombas glide across the heavens, leaving behind prismatic trails of dust that bloom into the shapes of aechmea patriciae plants as they swirl and fade away. Perfumed petals precipitate from the dust, burning with fabric contrails with a soft rustling that whisper unspeakable blasphemies against the living. Most halt at predetermined altitudes, never touching the ground as they slowly melt away into memories of the 1969 US Presidential election. You are standing upon the surface of a still, lifeless ocean that stretches all the way to the horizon, and in front of you is the only structure in this world, an expansive, two-storey oriental teahouse. Around the platform it stands on is a medieval moat, filled with liquid fish through which solid water swims. A small ramp, built atop lilypads leads to its front door.

Walking into the building itself, you find that the interior looks suspiciously normal. It really does look (mostly) like a fancy teahouse in terms of furnishings, though the shelves that line the walls contain titleless scrolls and books rather than tea containers. The bartender, a faceless amalgamation of the combined suffering of numerous Black Death victims nods to you as you enter. A good proportion of the clientele appear to be the same type of Nightmare - protoplasmic conglomerations of shifting pin-striped scales and temporary reptilian heads with mouths in the shape of screaming human faces that rise and disperse like bubbling pools of tar. The rest are the usual mix of Nightmares and Locals, save for a lady clad in surgical scrubs and an unbuttoned trenchcoat sitting alone at a table in the corner.

Janet approaches the bartender, and leans close to him. "Hey.... I got something I heard you guys might be interested in...." She pulls the tape out of her pocket, making sure to cover it so no one else sees. "This mean anything to you?"

You hear pained moans in countless tongues blending alongside a death rattle. Countless dying voices answer.

It extends a child's cry, gesturing to the pin-striped abominations.

The one you present it to pulls out yet another nondescript note, this one with a denomination of 50 credits. With an ephemeral protrusion that forms and unforms itself, it gestures to the tape roll. The lady in the corner is now watching you, though she doesn't say anything just yet.

Lily, meanwhile, wanders about unsteadily, occasionally pausing to rub at her forehead and wait for the headaches to subside.

Find a place to ease my headache

Well, that depends on how far you're willing to walk. There's the pile of plush toys there, which probably won't be too bad a place for a lie down assuming no one bursts out of any of them again. The pile of notes looks quite cushy though you doubt the shopkeeper will let you lie on them no matter how accommodating they have been thus far. That enchantment supply store could probably make you forget about your headache by burning off your head, though strangely, that doesn't seem like too good an idea right now. There are also those chained coffins at the vantage points, assuming no one's in them you might be able to have a nap inside one of those, provided you aren't afraid of heights. But if you want a proper place to sleep, it looks like you'll have to leave the markets and look through the city for a hotel or your hotel, whichever comes first.

Your burns seem to have healed by now. Your pants appear to be slowly mending themselves as well. Probably. Assuming this place isn't haunted by really slow, poltergeist tailors.

Nothing really seems to be trying to harm her right now as far as you can tell, so you just stand guard, ready to combat... A lack of direction? Hitherto unknown allergies? Heterosexuality? Whatever it is, you're definitely ready. Probably.

You begin sleeping on the plushies. Assuming enough time passes without something trying to horribly murder everyone again, you'll eventually be able to reset your Hangover back to 0 (along with regaining any lost Stability Points, though that isn't really a concern for you right now).
