Contagion starts tapping his boot lightly.

Voltage begins to slow down, her energy nearly depleted. No... I'm so close to the city... Voltage's energy finally deplete, leaving her combat armor to change back into her normal cloths. Yosuba attempts to go further towards the nearby suburbs, half limping and wheezing.

In the distance, the roar of a motorcycle can be heard.

Meanwhile....
The Hero classed as Argent Gale rides swiftly through the suburban roads on their Quicksilver. They had overheard the call for help from other sources, and so had set out to assist Union efforts to the best of their ability.

Eventually, they note a small crowd forming outside one of the nearby houses. Angling Quicksilver slightly, Argent Gale slots their cycle into one of the parking slots just outside the house and deftly climbs off, approaching the group.

[SOLDIER First]

Argent may or may not notice the giant purple lizard, who is facing him and appears to be smiling. Maybe?
Said lizard opens his arms to Argent.

The masked rider notes the lizard's pose for a few seconds.

They step aside and around them. It seems they're unsure of what to actually do in that situation.

Contagion looks to Argent Gale, from behind his gasmask.

[SOLDIER First]

Lizardman rotates towards and follows Argent, arms still extended to either side.

Argent Gale pays no heed to the lizardman unless told to. They return the gaze from Contagion with a small nod in their own helmet.

[Adragis]

Kira shakes her head. "Not now, Eclipse. We're going for the big leagues."

[SOLDIER First]

The lizardman stands directly behind Argent. He can feel its breath on his neck; the heat from his massive form. Those clawed hands remain outstretched in his peripheral vision, a constant reminder that he cannot ignore the request of hugs from Black Eclipse forever.
Black Eclipse lowers his arms as his mistress partner speaks, but prepares to hug when the time came. He would be ready.

[Sanure]

Closer. I need.... to get closer... Yosuba coughed and continued to limp to the nearby suburbs, she was finally able to see a group of people near a house.

[Adragis]

Kira rolls her eyes behind her visor at BE's continuing silliness.

[SOLDIER First]

He would be ready, Kira. why didn't she understand

In any case, BE took a sudden interest at the random limpy person, and pointed helpfully in their direction while looking at Kira.

Argent surveys the other heroes.
<Mostly new recruits, I see. Short Contagion, who I've seen before, and the winged girl....Black, I think her name was.....none of them have been around particularly long. Very well.

Argent's voice sounds robotic and modulated, perhaps by the helmet. It is impossible to tell anything apart from tone within it.

Kira looks towards the miserable pile of secrets wounds approaching them.
