For the same reason arrows don't work on people standing next to you, and how one person takes up an entire forest or mountain.

Ah, the same reason that Marth retakes an entire continent with 52 people and villages are variously three men abreast or worthy of an entire map.

The one you tried to stand on.
He will have red icons on his character on the map, to indicate him bleeding out.

Bluexdog it appears you're mixing up your coordinates again. However even outside of that, the spot you're specifying below Bastion is a cliff and is therefore inaccessible.

No, it's not.
11,11
is where Jezzail is trying to move to.

You need to check other people's actions as well before you move, to see what spots are available.

Ok, look.
Gammel is currently downed, and bleeding out. He's got two counters left. Next turn, he'll only have one left. That means we would have to kill the boss in a single turn, next turn, or he will die if he isn't then healed. That's a gamble we shouldn't have to play. People might miss, or just not have enough firepower to get the job done in a single turn.
There's also the character aspect that your character is just letting another guy bleed on the floor instead of helping him.

You are the healer. That means you should go and heal him. It's better for a dedicated healer to heal people instead of using vulns, because it'll heal more and vulneraries have a lot fewer uses.
You can reach him, and there is open space by him. You give your coordinates in the Cartesian system.

I also don't know why you posted again when you could have just edited your action again, but eh. You should probably delete the content of whichever post you decide to go with, for the clarity of the GM.

Ok, good. Now I'd recommend you edit out this post, because that way it's clearer for the GM.

Movement and range for combat work the same way.
