At a certain point they would need food, and they would start eating you. The fear cost just makes them.

Im going to guess some country's survived like NewZealand and Iceland for examples but i don't know for sure as im not the GM

I would assume some areas have been turned into glass parking lots from being nuked, and others are mostly intact, if there is a decent amount of fallout everywhere.

certainly, just pull a application off the front, come up with a backstory ,name, and some powers, and post it here. GM will decide if you are fit to join or need to adjust it.
