Free Action: (Teleport) Kazzlar warps time around them, ripping through the universe and ending up almost knocking over two men clad in rags. They scramble away, fear in their eyes and a strange pounding in their heads. Kazzlar has arrived at the homeless shelter.

Free Action: (Telekinesis) Doors click closed, barred from the outside. Any attempting to escape will find themselves trapped inside the building. The first floor, the one Kazzlar is on now, is blocked off entirely from the rest of the building, and from the outside.

Free Action: (Mind Warp) Kazzlar begins to warp and twist the minds of those around him.

3F: (Inflict fear within 500ft) Men, women, and children scramble to the walls as Kazzlar walks down the middle of the dormitory. They move faster than their stature should allow. Almost gliding across the floor. The entire building suddenly seems on edge. The scent of terror runs in the air.

8F X .5 (Fire Resistance -3) X 2 (Scary +1) = 8F: (Create a Minor Horror) As Kazzlar reaches the center of the room, the air seems to twist around them. A being is there now, when before there was nothing. They have no name for it yet, Kazzlar knows, but many will call it the Wanderer. It is a shadowy figure, seemingly made of paper, whispers, and dead leaves. It moves silently. It is terrifying. A touch from it, and a person goes limp, seeming to lose all motor functions except the incessant beating of their heart, and slow, calm, breaths. (Action: Soul Steal. Can steal a soul from a mortal, sucking it in and dooming it to an eternity of terror and torture while the body remains an empty husk. [Slow fear gain from stolen souls. Lost if the Wanderer dies])

Free Action: (Mind Control)
+
1F: (Attract Followers) Kazzlar raises their arms, and suddenly, the people around know that if they do not join with the horror, their torture will be neverending. Kazzlar screams these things into their heads as they stand, petrified. Kazzlar needs followers, and the best way to get mortals to follow you has always been a combination of fear, respect, and a gnawing, twitching sensation in the back of your brain.

((Please let me know if all of this looks correct!))

(You can't decide if you find followers or not, that's up to me. You also can't decide the outcome to your actions. I'll let it slide this time, but please don't do it again. Looks good otherwise!
Eldritch abominations are unable to reliably locate groups of humans?  ???

Other than that the only thing I think he decided the outcome of was the inflict fear thing, which seems reasonable if they're just a bunch of mooks. It is of course you prerogative as gm to decide if there is a exceptional individual among the group who has strong willpower and stands up to the horror during turn resolution, but I think his turn writeup is fine as is.

I'm fine that he found followers, just not in the way he described.

Speaking of lowest intelligence, that reminds me of the fact that it's probably your first time in prison. Don't worry, I can give you some tips, having spent some time in a few myself. The best way to make friends here is to drop the soap during shower time. Try it, I'm sure you'll love making friends like that!

Im going to say that i need to have made considerable progress each time i use TENTACLES BLARGABLARG. That way it makes sense that Dad-Thulhu would be giving me the ability only when i "show good work-ethic."

1 mile would be 5280 feet so a few miles would be over 10,000 feet.....may be a bit much for the start but then again i don't know how the game really will work yet.

also ideas for traits
Human form:self explanatory,good for infiltration
Magnetic:also self explanatory metal attracts to it like a magnet useful against humans with guns (not that they had a chance anyway)
Tough chitin/skin: more self explanatory so much so im not explaining it
Energy taser: able to fire bullets of energy at other creatures that will stun them like a taser
Energy fire:stronger version of energy taser, able to kill or injure lesser creatures and stun horrors
Energy blast: Kills lesser creatures and can injure other horrors.
Fire cannon: like energy blast but with fire
Soothing water:can make water that when ingested can heal lesser creatures
Frost:emits an aura of cold frost that can slow horrors and give lesser creatures frostbite.

Relay: acts as a enhancer to magic/powers, but is indiscriminate.
Diplomat: Can sometimes stop people and monsters from fighting, through apathy or a extremely brief pulse of fear. Only works for a single turn, and negates fear generation from followers in the area of effect. Horrors are naturally immune.

I figure at some point, you're just gonna run outta fucks to give and just off yourself whenever you get hurt at all. It's not like there's any downsides to it. Hangover? Suicide will fix that. Stubbed your toe? Suicide. Headache? Suicide. Papercut? Suicide.

Name: PaKarRedNe
Powers: [Taint Desire] - Takes a mere, but powerful emotion of a human and twist it into a perverted desire.
[Taint Body] - Gives the individual a change based on the emotion
[Incorporate Mortal] - Incorporate a mortal into your fleshy wall of being0
Description: A gigantic wall of flesh, buried deep underneath Berlin's remains, this Horror has incorporated thousands and thousands of living beings into its structure. All speak at once, when PaKarRedNe speaks, unless he chooses to use only one specific voice. Deformed bodyparts help PaKarRedNe move and grasp. PaKarRedNe loves emotions and researches them thoroughly, to twist them into more perverse forms.

Name: Rourick the Seed of Corruption

Description: Rourick is a different kind of monster. He is not giant or disgusting, nor does he warp minds or cause madness. No Rourick is much much different. He is hunger he is thirst. His very presence causes his followers and monsters to become ravenous. He appears as a man wearing black clothes and a hood. Those who see his face see that it us purple and has a wide maw, but all they can seem to remember is that mouth. Its long tongue is likely the last thing they see as they are swallowed by an incomprehensibly large mouth.

Powers:
Strange Growths (passive): Strange fleshy growths spawn randomly around Rourick. These fleshy growths spread and devour things nearby, eventually they take on the shape of Rourick himself. They serve as proxies for Rouricks power and also cause followers and monsters to eat and grow. Eventually they will split into more growths.

Corrupt starvation: Rourick can make monsters and followers become possessed by hunger. This makes purplish tumors spawn on their bodies and causes them to try to eat anything that hasn't been corrupted.

Pack hunter (Passive): Corrupted monsters and followers gain bonuses when they travel in groups. They gain especially large bonuses when in a corrupt zone or near Rourick himself.

Create corrupt zone: Rourick can plant a corrupt seed. These seeds grow over and devour whatever they can as a kind of purplish fleshy moss. Buildings, terrain, plants, or people. These zones increase the power of Rourick and his minions.

Strange growths seems to powerful. Could you change it or make it way less powerful?

How about this?

Strange Growths (passive): Occasionally followers inside corrupt zones will grow a strange growth. These purplish blobs will grow on their host and then fall off to seek nourishment on their own. (Basically becomes a weak slime type monster).
