Beyond the Ridgeblood Mountains, legends tell of an ancient cathedral, now ruined. What dangers lie within? What treasures?

Rules:
Minimal repetition
Each post must contain a danger and a treasure- does not have to be actual treasure, just some sort of draw

There are several animate statues that will attack any who enter.
Each statue is made with valuable metals, and decorated with gems.

The Cathedral is thought to have 1000 floors, the deepest 100 of which are in hell itself.
The final floor holds the treasures of all the Adventurers who have died inside the Cathedral.

The first floor of the Cathedral contains a crying child named isaac.
When killed, he drops a jar of tears.
