I wanted it to be incremental while at the same time encourage player feedback. The OP has a lot in it and I do keep it updated(spoilers are so nice to condense stuff with).

Perhaps 1% rounded up added to the previous number is the way to go.

The problem is someone made the goals rule the way it is as a feature so the only way for me to change it without using my GM power(which drove some people away I am sure) is for people to post Suggested Features and then I can implement a suggested feature at a goal if 1) I reach the goal or 2) the feature that someone post at the goal would break the game(this requires GM power but it is more player focused and not GM dictatorship.

edit: I added a goal in-between 5000 and 10,000, that should help

Add to 'Suggested Features' tho I'll make it a 20d roll for 1% - 20% per goal after the next goal. After all I want it to have a bit of team work to get to goals, at 1% everyone would have a goal every count.

I think that if we don't get more people soon (by the time we reach 10000 and make a feature) I will try to reboot this as a v2 with some of the current features.
