Spam King Game v2

Core Rules:
Each player must post a list of all players.
This list must be in a spoiler.
To the right of each name must be a count of the number of posts that player has made in the thread.
Whomever has the most posts in the thread is the Spam King.
Players may propose rules to the Spam King.
The Spam King may accept or reject these proposals.
The Spam King may not propose rules.
Whenever a player's rule is accepted, that player earns one Point of Favor.
The players who are not the Spam King are part of an organization called the Spam Congress.
The Spam Congress may amend the core rules if the majority of the members agree to the amendment.
If a rule has been proposed without the Spam Congress's approval then that rule can only be under the core rules in importance.

The proper form is as follows:

Liberonscien/11/02/03
1. Spam Points.
2. Points of Favor.
3. Gold.

Individual player rules:
Every time a players count reaches a # divisible by 10 they get 1 gold.

I think that we are either both spam king or Spam Congress.

If we are Spam Congress then I propose:
If there is a tie for Spam King then the most recent player is Spam King.

If we are both Spam King then ignore this.

I have a proposal: every time a players count reaches a # divisible by 10 they get 1 gold.

Any future games will be simpler in nature, I have a bad habit of biting off more than I can chew. Also hoping for more players in them.
