Two, it would be blatant favouritism as every other character in the game is finished bar USEC's and there's limited spots.

He can't. One, Twinwolf's character needs USEC's to be finished.

1. We probably aren't going to do any fighting right away so why does it matter? Twins don't need to be within a certain range of each other after all.

2. Why should everyone else be forced to wait because someone's being lazy?

2. Take that up with Blitz. The reasoning he gave me was that if we did that, he'd basically have to reject USEC and force Twin to make a new character.
