Ok, I'm starting yet ANOTHER 'be in the game! lol' thread, but this time, the fortress is already started and (slightly) developed. I have 17 dwarves, it's Winter in the second year. Sign up now! I'll post pics once I have everyone.

Reduce the image to 4-bit (16 colors), and save as PNG.  You'll get a very small file. I'm up to the magma river, and even with no cropping, it went from 148,321kbytes to 689kbytes.
