World Chef Wanted

It's that wonderful time once again, where I think about giving DF another go. However, my primary roadblock is always finding the perfect site, mostly because I found the perfect site many years ago and haven't been able to find another one since, so I'm hoping I can find an aspiring world chef to cook me up a tasty site :) It's asking a lot, I know, but someone out there has to enjoy this aspect, right?

My requirements are as follows:
For the world:
  • There must be at least 24 layers of rock between the bottom soil layer and the first cavern. Also, magma sea is a yes.
  • World size should be medium. Age doesn't matter so much, but I prefer a few hundred years of history.
For the embark site:
  • Site must be 4X4, have a river (any kind, as long as it's fresh flowing water), sand (usable for glass making), and at least some trees. River must be liquid for most of the year, and preferably freeze for at least a month (not a necessity). Badlands is fine, and actually preferred.
  • Site should be completely flat and preferably a single biome, at least for all but the corners.
  • A few marble layers before the first cavern layer are preferable, though it's not a necessity. Mega bonus points if marble layers are -14 through -16! If not marble, then some sort of flux stone.
  • No necromancers nearby. I had a bad experience once with a perfect site apart from that, and everyone was killed by bits of fish skeleton.
  • At least a small amount of iron ore (or some other weapon/armor crafting metal) before the first cavern layer.

Well, as far as freezing for a season, you want an embark that is Temperate, although according to the wiki some Warm climate embarks can freeze for a few days especially if located near a Temperate zone.

That being said, there is a functional release of DFHack out.  I enjoy playing the vanilla game for the most part, but if the choice is between spending hours RL picking and discarding various embarks I think I could rationalize a limited use of it personally.  Using DFHack, you can change any vein to whatever ore you want and any rock layer to any rock you want; meaning all you would have to do is find a flat embark in a forested area that is Temperate (or Warm near Temperate).

Honestly, I was hoping someone else was willing to do the legwork on making a world/finding a site. I find this to be the hardest part of the game for me, whereas I'm sure someone out there loves it. I'd be happy with a world seed/parameters and site co-ordinates.

Also I do play with DFHack, but really only for cleaning purposes. It's amazing how no-one seems to care about cleaning up the many pools of blood around the entrance to my forts...
