I hear that small loans can be had here. Trier needs a loan of two tokens which will be payed in full with a token interest once he completes another Deep Infirmary Search Duty.

Can you use a gauss rifle with wings instead of hands?  Also, part of the reason (ostensibly) for the CSU's existence is to help newbies get decently equipped.  Shouldn't we let him have the loan then?  Or is that only for members?
