The only way to become Spam King is to have the most posts in the thread. Whenever a player posts to the thread, that player must increase their score by 1. This score may mot be reduced.
The player(s) with the most spam points is/are the Spam King(s).
Like regular kings, Spam Kings have power.
Spam Kings can make Rules that influence the game. Those rules only apply when the Spam King who made them is still in power.
However, the lowly spams, (the players with the least points), can overthrow the Spam Kings. How this is done, figure it out.
No rules forbidding new posts are allowed.
Spam Kings can create new kinds of players.

The maximum number of Spam Points one can gain is now capped at 50+second highest player. This is not retroactive.
You must quote the list of the previous poster to include said list.
You are not allowed to include numbers contained within your username as part of your SP total.
Players only earn SP by posting to the thread. Players can not be given SP. (overruled, see next rule.)
I declare that it is possible to earn SP in other ways than posting (to the cap of 50+second-highest poster's SP). I further declare that other than the Core Rules, OP is just another player from here on out.
The other means of gaining points must be defined before use, and must be implemented by the Spam King.
Decrees may be retroactive, The decree prior to this decree is retroactive.
Liberonscien is now the Royal Rule Keeper. Rules cannot be made to directly affect the duties of the position of the Royal Rule Keeper, which are hereby immutably defined as:
-The Royal Rule Keeper shall maintain a record of all decrees.
-The Royal Rule Keeper shall maintain a separate list of all active decrees.
