It's the only way to save my own, I'm afraid. Your socks'll have to take one for the team.

So. What you're saying is, your dog eats my time as well? Eats everybody's time. And you harvest the stolen moments from its shit, staying forever young if vaguely smelly, like a particularly gross temporal vampire?

Of course not.

Hey now, never's a strong word. If you wanted to dig the fibers out of the pet detritus, you could.

... you won't, because trying to reconstitute socks from dog shit is a dogshit way to spend an afternoon, but you could!
I bet a dwarf would, a dwarf will do anything for a sock.

Two weeks in a row now, I've bought sausages from the supermarket because they were on a really good sale, and both times my mom took them all and used them to make her crappy spaghetti or chili sauce. Neither time did she ask or even inform me of doing this, I only noticed when I saw the packages in the trash.

The fundamental, and at times I think willful, misunderstanding that you cannot employ the death sentence only on guilty people because inevitably innocent people will be caught by it due to various miscarriages of justice, accidental or purposeful.

People who casually support all kinds of things dont have the perspective of

1: Under what conditions do we implement it
2: How do we enforce it
3: How to we ensure fairness
4: Is it cost effective?

From the death penalty to things like how to allow for self defense/vigilantism, to how to repave roads, or who even gets pick of government subsidies.

Framing it as a question along the lines of "how many innocent people are you willing to kill in order to kill some guilty ones" tends to confuse people.

If you kill all of the people, you know there exist no more guilty ones.

Framing it as a question along the lines of "how many innocent people are you willing to kill in order to kill some guilty ones" tends to confuse people.
And you get the reply "None because we'll only kill people who are guaranteed to be guilty"

This is what I mean by it seeming to be willful ignorance.

Every time I find someone I recognise gone for so long, it feels like I'm walking through a place I used to live and finding another building that I used to know demolished.

I had a very vivid and lifelike dream where I got banned off here because of a misunderstanding and failed to appeal it. It's the kind of dream that makes one immediately rise from bed and check if it wasn't real.

Usually I tell people that their dreams are pretty close reflections of their psychic reality, but I imagine Bay12 wasnt the specific culprit here.

Are you feeling some type of unease socially?

Are you feeling some type of unease socially uncommonly attracted to a family member?
