Third time, I'm transitioning. Women tend not to have male pattern hair loss and minoxidil combined with testosterone suppression has had a minimal effect.

I didn't read the first, or 2nd, don't pesonally know you, do what you need to do.

Shrug. I'm going to say it transitioning or not the wig won't feel the same as real hair, to you. Even if it feels like hair to everyone else. I don't want to fight you on this, but for some reason you picked a fight. Transitioning or male pattern baldness, it's not the same as growing living hair.

Ain’t nobody picking fights, bro. GO is informing you your suggestion is untenable for them, and that you’re not the first person to make the assumption that embracing the baldness is the best solution.

My apologies. Stand by what I've said  but certainly do not want to be unhelpful.

Edit - GO if you are really sure just get a wig, it's removable right? I'm not trying to argue you with.

I figured out how to lower the wheels on my lawnmower!

… then fucked the pull cord starter so I can’t actually start it.

Decent wigs that don't look horrendously artificial aren't cheap, especially not for a student. That's without going into human hair wigs, which I won't. Those run up to over £1000 with absolute ease.

Besides, I'd need my head measuring anyways if I want one that fits snugly rather than being loose, so even if I don't get one from there I'll at least have my head measured and ready to wig.

Again my apologies GO, I took some time away from posting on the forum, because I don't post to fight with people about stuff that actually didn't matter that much to me, but maybe was important to the person I'm arguing with in a way I don't understand.

I had to go to California for the better part of 3 days, and my normal cat sitter couldn't cover all of them. So I asked another close friend to cat sit a day, and since she cleans houses for a living and has offered more than once, I offered to pay her to clean my apartment.

I came back from a 15 hour day, half of it spent in airports, to find she cleaned alright....and took it upon herself to apply a woman's touch to my apartment. She organized some stuff in a way I appreciate....but also decided to redecorate. My organized collection of 40k novels across two bookcases? Scrambled. The glass tray I had some knickknacks on? Missing. My curios, of which I have many? Completely moved around. Now I'm not sure where some things are, because now that everything has moved I don't *actually* remember it, if that makes sense.

She also apparently ran out of time/space/energy because there were books and things on the floor. More slats out of my blinds knocked loose. I found a pair of nonsensical post-it notes stuck to the back of the blinds asking something about the blinds and the sliding glass door.

I've never had my living space involuntarily reorganized but....man I'm pretty triggered right now.

I should have known. I've known her for quite a while, and she's kind of a tweaker. Not in the literal sense (guessing she was back in the day) but she just can't slow down and is always going above and beyond, so I should have predicted this. My apartment is nice and clean....but I'm going to have to spend a chunk of time moving stuff back to where it was.

Damn I'd hate that, can't stand people moving my shit around.

As for my own thing, I went to the Internet Archive to find a video and I find that the site is down, so I look into it and find that it's down because some fuck sticks decided to hack it which is a massive pain in the ass, guess I'll just have to stick with the shit quality copy I have until they get back online.

Made it to work on time, but unfortunately don't have the keys to open. None of the top 3 suspects for who has the keys are awake/answering their phones, understandably because its way too fucken early especially if you had to close. *sigh* at least we don't technically have to be open to the public for another hour...

Hey now, never's a strong word. If you wanted to dig the fibers out of the pet detritus, you could.

... you won't, because trying to reconstitute socks from dog shit is a dogshit way to spend an afternoon, but you could!
