My god, that was a real doozy of a turn. Had to split into two posts already :(

Anyway, BiggerFish and Playergamer are in; Strife26 has been ousted for failing to do, well, anything. Warning to mcclay; you need to at the very least vote on proposals next turn. Libre and Aigre, you two are in the proposals and awaiting the next turn.

I'll try to limit my actions in the future, sorry about that.

Can I ask what the approximate cost would be of constructing two presses in the other Aplandian cities?

It depends on their size; we'll say a that for every paper it can print daily, it'll cost an additional $1-$10 (with the cost being cheaper for larger presses; the huge factory you were thinking of would've been cheaper to construct (though that's just for the PRESSES - and doesn't consider the actual building), probably, but would've had insane maintenance costs). So a press capable of printing 5,000 papers per day might cost about $40,000, while a press capable of printing a million papers per day might cost $1,000,000. Maintenance and construction costs are inverse, but not lineally.

Thanks.  Hmm at the low end that is not great...

edit: I'd like to.propose that the player trying to come in as the Ministry of Education should instead head the newly created statistics bureau.

Sorry, this game generates too many walls of text for me to keep up. In the event that I'm still in, Out.

What could pre-industrial societies do, run a bunch of cattle off a cliff? Boo fucking hoo I'll be crying for them while I just dump these litres of acidic chemicals into this river. Scrubs.

You could always form a counter-proposal to rename his ministry ^.^

Noted; Ministry of Agriculture is leaderless and requires a new leader. Any player not already in the game may take control of it without requiring a vote.

Is the research section part okay?
Looks fine; the more specific it is, the more likely the tech you want will be gotten eventually. Also keep in mind research is unlikely to yield results over short periods; it will probably take several weeks at the very least to get technology.

You're fine; but yeah, I'll let you know.

Do keep in mind you don't have to read everyone ELSE's wall of text ^.^ But alright, noted. Ministry of Knowledge has been DISBANDED.

A quick question - is the American offer in US or Apland Dollars?

I would ask why fire can burn two men to death without getting hot enough to burn a book, but then I read "INEXTINGUISHABLE RUNNING KAMIKAZE RADIOACTIVE FLAMING ZOMBIE" and realized that logic, reason, and physics are all occupied with crying in the corner right now.

Okay time to seize MOOOOAAAR Stuff in the other cities...don't worry i'll distribute it among people again...unless somebody else wants to do the seizing? Because i don't have much corruption and graft to take care of...apart from the Ministry of Security which i'm dismantling since its inactive...
