However, even in such a remote place there were remnants and legacies left behind by experts who had passed away long ago, and one of them was what led to your following the Martial Way in the hopes of gaining power, riches, and glory that no mere mortal could hope to acquire in their short life. A godlike bronze bod is a pretty great thing to have, so I have to +1 that idea.

Your birth name was Zhao Li, and on that day over thirty five years ago you found a manual left behind by an expert calling himself the Bronze God who claimed that if one was to refine his technique to the peak then even the rarest treasured weapons would never penetrate your skin. Before you found that manual the Martial Way was something you had never heard of before, but that aged manual was enough to lead you to a completely different life that surpassed anything your mortal life would have managed to achieve. You took a liking to this Martial World that the technique opened up to you, and immediately began to train in the Bronze God's Bod technique with a determination as if it was the only thing capable of saving you from a certain death.

Those first few years were the hardest, to train the technique you had to purposely pick fights with others and allow them to get in a great number of hits before beating them, and then you would sit under a waterfall allowing the water to smash down on you. It was a pain that you will never forget, but in the end you succeeded and managed to break through the first level of the technique and paving your way to reach the Spirit Formation stage which would allow you to go out into the world on a journey to gain even greater strength. Thankfully the Bronze God had left behind the basics of cultivating up to the Soul Fusion stage, and thus it was easy for you to complete Soul Formation and form a Spirit Root which allowed you the right to head out into the greater world.
